Here at Saiei, over 40 foreign teachers from various countries and 60 Japanese staff members enjoy working together to make it the best possible English school to work at. With our quality first policy, we put a strong focus on learning; for the students and the staff members.

The average age of our staff is about 30-35 years old and the average years working in the company is about 4 years, with several of our staff working here for 10 years or more.

Coco’s International Pre-school has been a trusted provider of English language childcare in the Kawagoe area of Saitama for over 40 years. Our children learn the same intellectual and social skills as in kindergarten. For details about Cocos, please click here.

We believe in respecting individuality and fostering creativity through our small class sizes, and we want our children to grow up to be kind and caring. At Coco’s International Pre-school we do not pretend to be an “early childhood education” school, but aim to create a relaxed environment for the children.

I have been working for Saiei International for more than 4 years. As a teacher at Saiei, I am expected to go beyond my responsibil ities as a teacher. I also motivate, coach and train my students to be survivors in the global stage.

Our mission is centered on build ing the best foundation for our students by molding them the best they can be as they learn English. Aside from my students, one of the things I like about this job is the opportunity to advance my career as a teacher. Opportunities such as being a trainer, head teacher, and school manager are being offered to qualified candidates.

When I started, I did not know a lot about teaching, but with positive attitude and perseverance, I survived this long.
If I can do it, so can you!
